APR 2024

To extend the season and give the seedlings an easier start under controlled, optimised conditions, we start most of our vegetable crops and cut flowers from seed indoors. Every year we reach the point where we no longer know where to put all our young seedlings. But then usually comes the moment when we can rotate everything. The first robust vegetable crops, such as lettuce, cauliflower or kohlrabi, are already moving into the beds and making space on the shelves in the greenhouse. Those cut flowers that don't mind the colder temperatures are also put outside so that summer flowers such as cosmos or sunflowers can take their place in the greenhouse.
