Vegetarisch kochen und genießen

For our first cookbook, we worked on many new recipes, cooked in nature, above Berlin's rooftops and at home, and captured these culinary stories in photographs. The result is a seasonal cookbook with 65 recipes. Dishes with influences from all over the world, prepared with natural and original products.

More than half of the recipes are vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free. We have been to beautiful places, with magical people and associate the work on this book not only with delicious meals, but above all with great memories of wonderful days, which we would like to share with you.
